Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Goodwin Brothers Lawn Care website and customer portal at goodbroslawn.com, and to the lawn care services we provide. By using the site or booking a job, you agree to these terms.
2. Our service
We provide lawn care — a complete lawn job that includes mowing, edging, cleanup, and hauling away clippings. We currently serve Battle Mountain, Nevada only.
3. Booking & scheduling
When you request or book a job, it is a request that we confirm. We may decline, reschedule, or cancel a job — for example, due to weather, availability, or if the job is outside our service area. If we need to change your appointment, we will let you know.
4. Pricing & payment
We don't have set prices. After each job, you pay what you honestly think the work was worth — a bigger yard takes more work, a smaller yard takes less. Payment is due after the job is done. You can pay online by card, or by cash or check. Receipts are available in your customer portal.
If you don't think our work was worth it, tell us and we'll make it right.
5. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and don't share your account with others. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your portal.
6. Acceptable use
Please use the site and its messaging responsibly. Don't try to disrupt or misuse the service, and only send photos that are yours to share.
7. Age
You must be 18 or older to book our service, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. The business is operated by minors under the supervision of their parents.
8. Disclaimers & liability
We do our best on every lawn, but the service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Goodwin Brothers Lawn Care is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the service. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Questions? Email [email protected] or call 775-530-2745.
